We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Enterprise Architecture to join our IT senior management team.  In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of our technology landscape and drive our long-term digital transformation initiatives.

Position Summary: 

As the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will be responsible for developing and leading the enterprise architecture function within IT.  You will define a 10-year technology roadmap to support our strategic aims, inform the investment plan, and manage enterprise-wide standards to ensure consistency in architecture practices.  Your expertise will help us manage IT risk, drive innovation, and deliver value in everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to the CIO, senior executives, and business leaders on technology trends and enterprise-wide systems integration.  Develop our enterprise architecture (EA) framework to ensure alignment between our strategy and IT.
• Governance and Standards: Establish architecture governance processes and practices. Ensure compliance with architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
• Architecture Design & Oversight: Lead the design of end-to-end architectural solutions. Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into existing enterprise architecture.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology solutions. Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Innovation & Emerging Technologies: Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation by identifying technology opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
• Resource & Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing architecture team. Manage architecture budgets, tools, and resources efficiently.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years spent in enterprise architecture leadership.
• Proven experience with frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or similar. Strong background in networks, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), application integration, and data architecture. SAP S4 HANA experience, preferably within a RISE environment, is preferred.
• Demonstrable strong leadership and communication skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
• TOGAF Certified, AWS/Azure Solution Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL or COBIT certification (preferred).
