We are looking to hire a Director, Security Go To Market Management, Americas Enterprise. In this strategic position, you will support our sales network and facilitates seamless alignment between Field Sales, marketing, partner teams, and Customer Experience and Success teams. You will lead a team of individuals responsible for landing our Go To Market (GTM) strategies across the Enterprise business for Americas Enterprise. The Segment GTM leader is required to have a strong understanding of the Security product set, strategy and seller resources.

Responsibilities
Business Leadership
- Understands interconnection of solution areas portfolio and ensures integration of cross-solution area strategies as needed. Collaborates with peers across the solution areas to accelerate learning, share best practices and deliver sales guidance that lands a “One Microsoft” experience.
- Leads connections with corporate and field teams to execute tactical and strategic planning, gather feedback, and enable field performance.
- Leads the execution of rhythm of the business cadence and metrics to gather feedback and enable field performance.
- Acts as the executive-facing representative from the field, sharing insights back to the business (e.g., business group, finance, engineering teams) on execution, performance, and trends across areas/subsidiaries
- Consolidates insights to succinctly summarize the business for senior leadership.
- Utilizes expertise in key aspects of the business and rigor of execution to drive contributions to worldwide business performance.
Business Development
- Leads the team to identify market opportunity at the OU and subsidiary levels, assesses risks and synthesizes the current landscape to direct strategy development.
- Drives engagement with sales leadership, finance, product marketing team, and sales excellence to develop and operationalize strategies that drive strategic impact and increase market share.
- Lead and collaborate with GPS for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support Security solution play performance.
- Manages stakeholders to drive the local product market growth strategy. Assesses and compares activity and impact across strategy plans.
Field Enablement
- Proactively drives revenue in partnership with key stakeholders. Drives pipeline and sales enablement. Ensures segments understand issues and mitigation strategies. Manages escalations as required.
- Align, influence and coach field teams, to ensure connected execution for the Solution Area.
- Lands and champions Security sales plays, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share.
- Identifies failure points and orchestrates resources to mitigate.
People Management
- Delivers success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
- Boundary-less leader who pursues the right outcomes to achieve success.
- Grows organization capability to drive true insights, learnings and blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales excellence or Go To Market manager experience with ANY combination of the following:
- 1) driving sales planning, execution governance, and performance management through data-driven insights, sales rhythms, and operational rigor.
- 2) driving sales enablement to include but not limited to field marketing, product/program/segment GTM, or similar.
- 7+ years of enterprise experience with ANY combination of the following: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans; build, develop, and execute sales enablement strategy; drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; end-to-end customer journey, develop insights; or related.
- 4+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience at the level of a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or Sales Enablement leader with 3+ years at an entprise tech company
- Proven experience in effecting change, driving business strategy and process optimization, and organization design through effective cross group collaboration and group evangelization in a matrix organization at an eco-system level
2+ years people management experience
- Experience managing a large group of stakeholders and executives
- Successful & consistent project and time management
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred, relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Field Product Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $128,000 - CAD $222,400 per year.
