IAM Administrator
JOB SUMMARY
The Identity and Access Management Administrator is a key associate on our Information Security team. This position is full-time, permanent, has no supervisory duties, has global responsibilities, and is salaried with standard work hours, and requires very little travel.
The Identity and Access Management Administrator will report to the IAM Supervisor. This position is responsible for maintaining an enterprise identity and access control through policy, architecture, and auditing. Monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining systems, procedures, and policies for access management initiatives. Collaborating with IT architects, engineers, and support to design and implement identity access control processes. Assessing current access on systems while monitoring changes to application users. Creating new processes for new systems being implemented for access control. Assisting IT support changing access and identity controls. Supporting compliance and access audits. Adhering to federal regulations and best practices for identity and access management responsibilities. Promoting and following least privilege principle for access management. Working with on-premise and cloud based technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Following policy and procedures for identity and access management for multiple applications.
- Advanced provisioning and deprovisioning activities for enterprise applications.
- Auditing user access for on-premise and cloud applications.
- Help create, maintain, and execute a comprehensive enterprise identity and access management strategy.
- Administration and maintenance of authentication protocols and related technologies in a production environment.
- Ensuring identity and access controls align with industry leading practices.
- Administration of IAM technologies and workflows such as Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager
- Maintenance of supporting process and procedure documentation
- Support internal audit related to identity and access management.
- Create and maintain processes for account management.
- Provide end-user support and training on access management and security best practices.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
Minimum 2 years experience:
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements pertaining to information security, privacy, and/or data security.
- Experience implementing least privilege and ZTNA is preferred.
- Experience with NIST, CSF, and ISO standards is preferred.
- Experience in the support of Information Technology in an IT security capacity.
- Experience with SOX, J-SOX or other similar IT regulations and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT Governance and other organizational processes (Project Management, ITIL, SDLC, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT Systems, Networking, Applications and other technical practices, technologies, and methodologies.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including public speaking and business writing.
- Strong experience working in both Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Privilege Manager preferred.
- Proven experience in identity and access management, including the administration of IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols, access control, and security principles.
- Knowledge of IAM technologies and standards, such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and RBAC.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, such as Azure AD, Delinea.
- Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Target Pay Range: $72,000.00 to $90,000.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
Target Bonus on Base: 7.0%
