ITCC Systems Administration Senior Associate

Responsibilities

Peraton is hiring a System Administrator Senior Associate who will perform daily admin tasks for multiple systems on the USSTRATCOM network for Command and Control Facility (C2F) warfighters. The individual must have proven high performing work experience in customer service and experience working in the complex C2F environment.  

 

What you'll do:

• Maintain systems that support the Global Ops Center (GOC), Air Room, and C2F enclaves
• Subject Matter Expert for several aspects of the GOC/C2F systems/networks

• Design and upgrade systems to satisfy customer needs
• Install and admin HW/SW products to maintain system integrity and cyber
• Accountable to meet Service Level requirements for assigned systems/services
• Coordinate resolution of product/service issues
• Manage virtual and thick client equipment/services
• Diagnose problems and escalate unresolved issues or problems
• Provide alternative courses of action and analysis of alternatives as applicable
• Document problem resolutions completely and accurately
• Use Remedy/SNOW ticketing system to track work and for configuration management
• Be familiar with DoD Information Assurance Concepts/Process

Qualifications

2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree

 

What you'll need:

• TS/SCI
• Security+  8570, IAT-II certification

Desired experience:

• AV/VTC experience

Target Salary Range

$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
