Role Title: Lead Cyber security Tools
Department: Digital
Base Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Onsite
Travel Required: On Requirement Basis

JOB PURPOSE
A Cyber Tool Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and maintenance of cybersecurity tools within an organization. Their primary goal is to ensure that these tools are effectively used to protect the organization's assets and data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Researching, evaluating, and selecting cybersecurity tools that align with the organization's needs and budget.
•Overseeing the implementation and integration of these tools into the existing IT infrastructure.
•Managing the lifecycle of cybersecurity tools, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
•Ensuring tools are properly maintained and functioning optimally.
•Providing training and support to IT staff and end-users on the use of cybersecurity tools. 
•Developing user manuals and documentation.
•Integrating cybersecurity tools with other systems and applications within the organization to ensure seamless operation.
•Monitoring the performance of cybersecurity tools and configuring alerts for critical events.
•Responding to alerts and investigating security incidents.
•Continuously evaluating and optimizing the use of cybersecurity tools to improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
•Continuous improvement based on business requirement with their objectives.
•Managing relationships with cybersecurity tool vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that vendors meet service level agreements.
•Staying up to date on cybersecurity best practices and ensuring that tools are used in accordance with these guidelines.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational • Any graduate and above
Desired Experience • 10 Year’s (Relevant should be 5 Year’s)
Skill Set Required •Deep understanding of a wide range of cybersecurity tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), PAM, endpoint protection, , and data loss prevention (DLP).
•Ability to write scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and integration tasks.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot tool issues and identify security threats.
•Experience in managing projects related to tool implementation, upgrades, and maintenance
•Ability to lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
