What you’ll do

Vodafone Business Security Enhanced (VBSE) is dedicated to protecting, its employees and customers.  In support of this it’s essential that we provide a consistent approach to information security across the whole of Vodafone Business. 


VBSE collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across Vodafone, Partners and Customers. Working collaboratively to ensure the design, delivery, security, reliability and availability of our services and align to local and Group wide policy.


Leading the security design and delivery on a key account, you will act as a Security focal point, to manage our customers’ Information and Cybersecurity requirements within Vodafone, providing security leadership, security technical insight and ensuring that security is an enabler that supports VBSE and its customers. The Programme Security Lead will be the single Vodafone point of contact for security for this Key customer and will ensure the successful delivery of security services, as per the Master Service Agreement.

 

• Own the customer and VBSE security relationship at all levels within the Programme.
• Lead and manage the Programme Security activities and team. 
• Accountable for the Physical, Personal and Procedural security measures within the Programme.
• The development and maintenance of policy documents relevant to the customers' requirements.
• Delivery of Contractual security requirements, Security Management Plan (SMP) and Security Aspects Letters (SAL). 
• Arrange and manage the initial, & thereafter annual, briefings, security education and awareness training.
• Liaise with key UK Government Agencies, Defence Contractors & VBSE Security Manager to determine contract security requirements and delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert for security related questions to the Programme and act as the focal point for Security. 
• Manage Security audits conducted by the Defence Equipment & Support Principal Security Advisors' Organisation
• To investigate alleged breaches in Programme Security where they are related to Customer Contract Security Policy and contracts.

Who you are  

 

• CISSP or ISO27001 lead auditor or NCSC Certified Cyber Professional.
• Industry experience within a Security team
• Must be capable of achieving DV Security Clearance, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification
• HMG SPF & MoD publication knowledge and implementation experience
• Physical Security and ISO Lead auditing experience
• COMSEC experience
• Successful evidence and  Experience of Preparing, Implementing & Maintaining Authorities Contract specific Security Artifacts, Accreditation requirements and Security Operating procedures.
