Job Description

Enterprise Services is searching for an experienced Product Manager to lead our Security and Compliance Product which includes all ServiceNow applications related to security such as Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations and Business Continuity Management as well as scoped applications that support areas such as Global Security Watch Desk. 

 

Under the direction of the Value Team Lead, the selected candidate will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders in the ITRMS, Global Strategy, Cloud/Infrastructure (DR) as well as Global Security to Build a technical roadmap as well as define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable the effective management of our Security and Compliance capabilities through ServiceNow. 

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Gain deep subject-matter expertise within security and compliance processes, systems, and data. 

  • Define overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience. 

  • Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery 

  • Defines objectives and key results for the products 

  • Partner with key stakeholders in ITRMS, Global Strategy, Cloud/Infrastructure(DR), and Global Security to define a product roadmap based upon business priorities 

  • Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad 

  • Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often. 

  • Measure the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the in scope products and make informed decisions which will lead to TCO optimization 

  • Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions. 

  • Drive release and operational support planning and execution 

  • Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions. 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies 

  • Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow engineering/development experience 

  • Detailed knowledge of ServiceNow platform, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security modules applications including industry trends. 

  • Experience collaborating with vendors/external partners 

  • Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies 

  • Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.  This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$164,800.00 - $259,400.00
