The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner is looking for a Policy and Partnerships Manager (victims and vulnerable people) with a passion for delivery in the partnership arena.  This post will be based at County Hall, Preston.

We are looking for someone who can quickly develop strong partnership relationships, to work closely with the Commissioner and his senior officer team to deliver the outcomes in the Commissioner's Police and Crime Plan.

The post will assist with development and delivery of key policies/ strategies, manage funding opportunities, and work with local partners to deliver the Commissioner's priorities. 

We want an experienced, enthusiastic operator with significant knowledge in the arena within which the Police and Crime Commissioner works and to use their skills and understanding of the local partnership environment to deliver the Police and Crime Plan.

The successful candidate must have the ability to represent the Police and Crime Commissioner appropriately at meetings involving the Constabulary, Criminal Justice and Community Safety agencies and engage in constructive dialogue and joint working with partnership agencies.
