Qualifications

The Cybersecurity Analyst - Infrastructure Security - Network is resposible for ensuring the security and resilience of the organizations' network infrastructure. This position involves monitoring, deteting, and mitigating threats to network security, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing protective measures. The Cybersecurity Analyst will work closely with IT and security teams to design and enforce security policies, respond to incidents, and stay up-to-date with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in network security assessments to dentify and mitigate risks within SEE's network environments
2. Implement and manage network security controls to ensure data protecting and compliance with industry standards and regulations
3. Assist the development end enforcement of network security policies and procedures
4. Collaborate with IT Teams to ensure secure deployment and configuration of network devices
5. Monitor network environments for security events and respond to incidents promptly
6. Conduct threat hunting and vulnerability management specifically for network platforms
7. Perform detailed forensic analysis of network incidents to understand breaches and their impacts
8. Assist in the coordination and execution of the incident response process, ensuring effective actions across the Security Operations Center (SOC) team.
9. Provide input on network security architecture and design to enhance the organization's overall security posture
10. Stay informed about emerging network security threats and trends, leveraging external expertise and threat intelligence
11. Assist with the refine of security policies, procedures, and playbooks to standardize incident response and security operations
12. Provide strategic insights and regular reports to senior management on network security performance, emerging threats and security trends

Expertise Needed:

1. Network Security: Network security architecture, risk assessment, security controls, compliance
2. Advanced Threat Detection: Threat hunting, intrusion detection ,SIEM tools
3. Incident Response: Forensic analysis, root cause investigation, incident management
4. Security Architecture: Security design, risk assessment, architectural review
5. Policy Development: Security policies, playbook creation, procedural refinement
6. Vendor Collaboration: Threat intelligence, vendor management, external partnerships
7. SOC Optamization: Process improvement, tool evaluation, operational efficiency

Qualifications:

1. University educated (BA/BS)
2. Strong verbal and written communications, aility to analyze large volumes of information and define "the big picture"
3. Strong analytical abilities
4. Business and financial acumen
5. Experience in working with internal and external, local and global team members to deliver results
6. Can work effectively with remote teams across multiple time zones.
