In this role, you’ll be the mastermind behind a secure, stable, and scalable network. From designing and implementing rock-solid infrastructure to monitoring and defending against threats, you’ll take ownership of all core components of network and device security. You’ll also manage and maintain our servers, ensuring our data and applications are always protected.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure reliable network infrastructure for all locations
- Configure, deploy, and maintain network hardware, ensure proper connectivity, integration, and security.
- Ensure efficient data transmission and reliable connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues, collaborating with internal teams, fostering their professional growth. and external vendors to ensure a timeline resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis of network incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute network and device patches, upgrades, firmware updates to ensure network reliability and security.
- Provide guidance and mentorship, sharing knowledge, best practices, and documentation.
- Implement and manage security measures across hardware and software in accordance with company and requirements, updating associated documentation.
- Handle escalated engineering support request for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Engineer and manage Windows Server environments, including AD and virtualization platforms like VMWare.
- Responsible for documentation of architecture, redundancy, security, and DR planning.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Network & Security Enterprise Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fortinet hardware and software Engineering required
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, including server engineering and management.
- Hands-on experience with networking technologies (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs) and familiarity with security tools and protocols like IDS/IPS and SIEM solutions.
