Job Title – Information Security Project Manager (T&M)
Location – Pune, India
Role Description
The Information Security project manager will be responsible for remediating Findings and Actions relating to the Programme’s portfolio of Audit observations and assisting the Programme in delivering the annual targets of Audit commitments and risk reduction. In this context the project manager will managing delivery to scope, cost, schedule, resources, and quality while continuously identifying and mitigating underlying risks. The role requires excellent oral and written communications skills along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas and be knowledgeable in Information Security topics.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop expert knowledge of the Bank’s InfoSec Policies and controls, specifically around PAM and how these must be applied to the Bank IT Assets
- Develop expert knowledge of the Bank’s NFRM Risk Management Framework and related policies
- Create and maintain project management plans
- Create and maintain RACI matrixes - stakeholder lists
- Create all tasks, milestones and deliverables at project and programme levels
- Agree with Initiative Director and Create Benefits Plan
- Work with vendors to create/agree Statements of Work
- Liaise with procurement on contract management and invoicing
- Liaise with Chief of Staff to maintain the project financials
- Review risks and issues by assessing their impact on the Business Case
- Ensure project adheres to the Risk & Issue Management, Dependency Management and Change Management processes as outlined in the Change Governance Framework
- Track the progress of Key Performance Indicators on a fortnightly basis against the baseline
- Provide regular project status reporting
- Capture Lessons Learned as per the frequency agreed in the project management plan
- Monitor and report overall project performance KPIs, Risks and Issues
- Ensure all tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies aligned to the overall completion of the Investment are closed
- Complete benefits proof and report any variance to the agreed KPI Targets
Your Skills and experience
- Overall experience of 8-10 years in an IT Project Management role, preferably related to IT Security and/or Privileged Access Management
- Expert knowledge of the topics of Identity and Access Management & Privileged Access Management
- Expert knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experienced in managing Infrastructure & Cyber Security projects.
- Proven leadership and general management skills, including advanced negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Expert-level organization and planning skills
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Experienced in methods of estimating time and resources for task assignments
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Information Security concepts
- Experience in a Global Financial Services Organisation
- Experience working with Internal / External Auditors
- Experience developing/managing medium to large project schedules
- Experience in managing vendors and ensuring contract terms are met
- Proven ability to work effectively with executive management
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
- Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and collaborator
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint, project management and reporting automation skills
- Good understanding of technologies such as Windows, Unix, Databases, Cloud (GCP and Azure) would be benefitial
Education | Certification (Recommended):
- BE / B. Tech
- Well versed in project and program management methodologies, approaches, and tools (PMP, PRINCE2®, MSP® certifications are preferred)
- CSM certification is preferred.
