Tasks
- Align on organizational objectives and technical strategies with engineering leaders
- Collaborate with architecture and technical leadership teams
- Communicate project status risks dependencies and technical challenges
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide feedback
- Drive engineering execution
- Establish software development testing and quality assurance best practices
- Lead mentor and develop software engineers
- Monitor team performance and implement process improvements
- Partner with product and business stakeholders on priorities and delivery expectations
- Promote engineering culture of innovation ownership collaboration and operational excellence
