- Analyze security trends and system behavior
- Collaborate with security IT operations and engineering teams to resolve issues
- Create track and manage tickets and validate remediation
- Develop and maintain procedures and internal documentation
- Document findings update runbooks and procedures
- Execute scheduled changes and validate changes
- Maintain and support security monitoring capabilities
- Maintain information security standards to reduce risk
- Monitor security tools and remediate issues
- Proactively monitor cloud and on premise environments
- Provide backup support during urgent emergencies
- Provide guidance support and knowledge sharing
- Respond to alerts incidents and service requests
- Support network security operations and implement security enhancements
- Troubleshoot and optimize security tooling
