Senior Technical Support Engineer - Focused Services, Cortex XSIAM
Tasks
- Document customer and internal actions and communicate status
- Facilitate root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Identify fault area and coordinate implementation teams
- Provide advanced troubleshooting at application and operating system level
- Reproduce issues with developers and document findings
- Respond to user reported issues in Service Level Agreements
- Triage customer issues and manage escalations
- Troubleshoot through ticketing system phone and remote sessions
