Sr. IT Systems Engineer
Tasks
- Contribute to roadmap design deployment validation operations and DR BCP
- Create and review operational runbooks
- Deploy and maintain identity services
- Design service monitoring, alerting, and trend analysis
- Develop and maintain IAM policies
- Handle IAM related incidents
- Implement and support MFA
- Implement and support SSO
- Implement self healing
- Maintain API based micro services
- Maintain service availability and performance SLAs
- Manage scalability capacity planning redundancy and resiliency
- Participate in on-call support rotation
- Provision user access
