Technical CIAM Business Analyst - RDT Identity & Access Management
Tasks
- Contribute to governance auditability and security documentation
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Engage stakeholders across business security legal compliance and IT
- Facilitate workshops and decision meetings
- Gather and document business requirements
- Identify pain points and optimize CIAM processes
- Support GDPR compliance alignment
- Support KPI tracking and service improvement initiatives
- Support release planning and deployment readiness
- Support requirements traceability through testing and implementation
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
