Security Operations Center Operator II
Tasks
- Assist with VSS investigations
- Assist with access control reports
- Communicate with security responders
- Coordinate security response teams
- Dispatch security personnel
- Draft and update SOC standard operating procedures
- Identify and analyze security risks
- Maintain shift activity logs
- Manage VSS and alarm monitoring systems
- Monitor access control
- Monitor alarm events
- Monitor multiple screens
- Monitor video surveillance systems
- Produce incident reports
- Recognize suspicious activity patterns
- Serve as subject matter expert for security technology
- Train newly hired operators
