Cybersecurity Analyst IV
Tasks
- Analyze and define disaster recovery responsibilities
- Analyze system usage and define network requirements
- Conduct vulnerability scans
- Coordinate and design LAN implementations
- Coordinate encryption and firewall configuration
- Design and integrate systems to protect against cyber threats
- Design automate manage and deploy security applications and infrastructure
- Detect analyze and prevent cybersecurity incidents
- Detect anticipate and mitigate network vulnerabilities
- Develop procedures to save and recover network environments
- Develop security plans for configurations and data files
- Implement computer system security plans
- Implement continuous automated security compliance
- Install configure and administer servers and operating systems
- Install test and maintain network hardware and software
- Interpret and resolve user and monitoring system alerts
- Maintain LAN and WAN and internet intranet connections
- Maintain network physical and logical structures
- Maintain network support software
- Maintain operating system and security software
- Manage complex network projects
- Modify and monitor configurations and access status
- Monitor backup recovery and file archival performance
- Monitor cybersecurity alerts
- Monitor enterprise network security requirements
- Monitor network security and firewall deployment
- Monitor systems and procedures to protect data
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Perform digital forensics and data recovery
- Perform network startup and shutdown and monitor devices
- Perform network tuning and capacity planning
- Perform technical risk assessments
- Prepare operating procedures for technical support and troubleshooting
- Research and analyze threat indicators
- Review network plans and schedule network studies
- Serve as information security officer
- Train users and promote security awareness
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
