- Analyze email based attack patterns
- Build custom detection logic allow block lists and email authentication configurations
- Collaborate with SOC and incident response to investigate and remediate phishing BEC spoofing and malware campaigns
- Design email security detection rules
- Develop documentation SOPs and training for email security operations
- Develop email security policies and response workflows
- Integrate email security platforms with SIEM SOAR threat intelligence and ticketing systems
- Monitor and optimize email security platform performance
