Team Carney, a dynamic performance and professional development provider, is seeking a Range Capability and Cyber Integration Support individual to support a government contract related to Airspace, Ranges and Airfield operations.   
This position is onsite in Hampton Virginia.  
This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.  

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in the programming of current and future facilities, equipment, material, computer/software requirements, and manpower resources to ACC/Range Operations and Requirements Branch for ACC’s cyberspace ranges. 

  1. Assist in the development of planning documents and related activities such as investment needs, POM activities, various acquisition activities, requirements development, requirements prioritization, and developmental planning. 

  1. Assist in the development of Government plans and procedures to execute assigned range operations capabilities IAW applicable DoD/AF guidance and regulations. 

  1. Assist in developing, documenting, and revising guidance in support of range capability operations, maintenance, acquisitions, and cyber integration. 

  1. Develop and brief range capability mission, concepts, and plans for higher echelon review and/or approval, to include General Officer and Senior Executive Services level leadership. 

  1. Assist ACC Government personnel in the integration of ACC ranges with other AF and DoD ranges. 

  1. Review, evaluate, and synopsize range-related documents while providing cyber integration expertise. Provide recommendations and draft responses to the Government program lead on documents requiring MAJCOM response. 

  1. Coordinate with the Government program lead to manage and prioritize on-going interface.
    requirements to live operational test and training infrastructure systems systems to include Approvals to Operate/Connect, Risk Management Framework Actions, and reporting and tracking status of systems in database. 

  2. Support circuit actions for the Live Mission Operations Network and other networks supporting Live OTI systems. 

  3. Participate in meetings, telecoms, and working groups focused on range capability and cyber integration activities. 
Requirements:
  1. Active TS/SCI clearance. 
  2. Possess current security professional certification (CompTIA Security+, CISSP or similar
  3. Minimum 2 years experience with Air Force and DISA processes for circuit actions, network connectivity, work orders, etc. 
  4. Minimum 2 years experience using strong oral and written communication skills to interpret complex concepts into easily understandable items
  5. Minimum 5 years experience working with on-line or cloud-based IT enterprise management systems and databases. 
  6. Possess current CompTIANetwork+, Cisco Certified Network Architect or similar OR minimum 5 years experience as Air Force 8570 certified workforce.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time status. Part-time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and is just one component of Team Carney's total compensation package for employees.
