Overview
TransUnion is seeking a quality assurance (QA) specialist to join our cyber insurance team. The QA specialist is a key role in our cyber incident response apparatus who ensures that TransUnion continues to deliver leading, world class services in market. The primary function of the QA specialist role is to meticulously apply the established QA guidelines to live data to ensure that accuracy, fidelity and reliance of the data is adequate under the TransUnion QA standards. Additionally, the QA specialist will assist in providing insight to the tracked data. Finally, the QA specialist will work with management to bring our QA data into metrics we can use to fuel our growth. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in doing work where attention to detail is everything, where quality is bar none and accuracy is mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Review live case data under the protocol of the quality assurance program.
• Report identified errors and quality issues to Incident Coordinators.
• Keep track of identified errors.
• Work with point of escalation to resolve QA challenges.
• Support data analytics regarding Incident Coordinator performance.
• Support identification of error trends.


Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow a protocol.
• 0-3 years in a quality assurance position.
o Education or certifications can be considered in lieu of experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks moving at varying pace.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is preferred.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Results driven, solution and goal oriented.
• Team player; collaborative work style is vital as is in keeping with companywide ethos.


Working Environment

This position is hybrid or remote and applicant’s must abide by TransUnion hybrid work policy. There are no direct reports for this position.
