The Work:

The Oracle HCM Cloud Security Lead will be responsible for delivering application security for Oracle HCM Cloud and business process controls, implementations, and assessments. Responsibilities will include assessment, design, implementation, and support of application Security Profiles, Roles, and Permission.  Provision role/position-based user access  Respond to operational support incidents (trouble tickets)  Build and maintain audit controls for system access  Understand and practice segregation of duties controls Stay current on system changes affecting security  Analyze impact of quarterly updates and develop test plans Work with Oracle application analysts and business leads to understand application security requirements  Document and report on user access, segregation of duties, role configuration, procedures and processes  Demonstrate an understanding of business processes designs, cloud security risk, Oracle application security and risk management

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.  

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $105,200 - $234,900

Colorado: $105,200 - $202,900

New York: $97,300 – $234,900

Washington State: $112,100 – $215,900
