Senior Manager - IT / Cyber Security - Risk & Advisory

Description

In response to the growing demand for IT and cyber security services across various business sectors, we are seeking to hire a Senior Manager who is enthusiastic about undertaking a new challenge within our Risk and Advisory Services Department.
The successful candidate will oversee and lead teams in IT and cyber security control assessments. This role includes advising clients on cyber risk management and leading client internal audit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and deliver services to clients
• Oversee staff to provide IT/Cyber security services
• Develop team members via guidance, training, and mentoring
• Participate in marketing and business development
• Lead teams conducting IT/cyber security assessments
• Advise clients on cyber risk profiles through audits
• Provide specialized knowledge on cyber threats
• Identify opportunities for improving service delivery
• Demonstrate presentation skills and engage with clients proactively

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

7+ years IT / Cyber Security, audit or consulting experience within a consulting firm or large multinational.
Demonstrated interest, training, experience, or certification (e.g., CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP etc.) in cyber security is highly advantageous.
Robust technical foundation supporting comprehension of controls (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), IT Governance Risk and Compliance (consultancy experience), security reviews.
Knowledge of regulatory landscape (Central Bank Guidelines, NIS2, DORA, GDPR).
Proven capability to establish enduring relationships and networks with team members and clients.
Project management skills and experience in managing team resources, project costs, and delivery of services within required timeframes.
Track record of managing teams with a dedication to fostering the development of oneself and others.
Experience in a consultancy/advisory service.
Proficiency in business development skills and a history of contributing to organizational growth.
Experiences in communication and presentation skills to clients.
