The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.       Mission: We champion health, dignity and comfort.       Vision: To be a global leader in absorbent hygiene by meeting consumers’ diverse needs through effective, affordable and widely available personal care solutions.        Our Values: Personal, Agile, Innovative, and Integrity   Location: Greenville or Raleigh    Job Summary:    The IT Security Specialist role mission is to protect the corporate information, analyze and respond to security threats and incidents, and work with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain and mature the overall security posture. This role collaborates with an external Cybersecurity Service Provider, IT teams, management, and end-users to identify security vulnerabilities, assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential breaches. A network security specialist must remain updated about new threats, trends, and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape. Project management, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities are crucial to success in this role.   Key responsibilities:    
  • Incident handling, investigate, assess their impact, and own service requests and security tickets
  • Analyze vulnerability scan and pentests results and work with the different IT teams to remediate identified issues
  • Manage network security projects for the commissioning and roll out of new tools or services
  • Collaborate with IT Global Shared Services and cross-functional teams to implement security measures and best practices to ensure a secure ecosystem and a hardened infrastructure
  • Maintain AV & EDR, making sure agents are deployed throughout our infra and are up to date. Master the console to do investigations and respond to incidents when required
  • Maintain and improve our security tools arsenal with the external managed security service provider assistance
  • Improve our SOC capabilities, work in the analysis and prioritization of sources to ingest to the service, propose new and challenge existing use cases, enhance SOAR capabilities, identify new ideas, etc.
  • Cloud security knowledge and awareness, especially in MS365, Azure and AWS
  • Train junior team members and others on demand
  Required Qualifications:    
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity roles
  • Security certification programs like CompTIA Security+, CEH, IRH, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating System, network protocols, IT Infrastructure, SIEMs, Email security and Firewalls.
  • Log searching and hunting.
  • Cloud exposure, especially to MS365 and AWS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experiences/Years of Experience: 
  • Certifications like CompTIA Security+, Ethical Hacker, Incident Handler, etc.
  • Exposure to different security technologies and tools
  • Vulnerability Management and Reporting
