Job Overview:

  • As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Group CISO Organization, you will lead and manage complex security programs aimed at safeguarding the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of the company's information assets. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve security objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. *Program Management:

  •    - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security programs across the organization.
  •    - Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  •    - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of security initiatives.

  • 2. *Analytical Capabilities:
  •    - Conduct detailed risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  •    - Analyze security data to track trends, identify threats, and make data-driven decisions.
  •    - Develop and utilize performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of security programs.

  • 3. *Strategic Planning and Execution:
  •    - Formulate long-term security strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with senior leadership.
  •    - Align programs with the overall business strategy and ensure resource allocation for program success.
  •    - Lead incident response efforts during security breaches or threats, providing guidance and oversight.

  • 4. *Stakeholder Communication:
  •    - Communicate complex security concepts and program updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  •    - Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans.

  • 5. *Team Leadership and Development:
  •    - Mentor and develop program managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  •    - Build a high-performing team capable of executing complex security initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • - Extensive experience in IT security, program management, or related field.
  • - Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale security programs.
  • - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
  • - Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
