This senior leadership position is responsible for managing the overall IT infrastructure, including network, systems, and security to support our growth and initiatives.
The Senior IT Manager will develop IT strategies, manage IT projects, and lead a team of IT professionals. Your expertise will be essential in implementing best practices for technology management, ensuring system reliability, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
As a Senior IT Manager, you will also be responsible for:
- Senior IT Manager must evaluate and implementing new technologies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Ensuring cybersecurity measures are effectively implemented to protect sensitive data.
- Senior IT Manager must manage budgets for the IT department and negotiating with vendors.
- Providing leadership and direction to IT team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaboration with other departments to address technology needs and challenges.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 to 25 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 7 years in a management role.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing IT teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including Network Management, Systems Administration, and Cybersecurity Best Practices.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale IT projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address technical challenges effectively.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are highly preferred.
