POSITION OVERVIEW

Global Atlantic Financial Company (a subsidiary of Global Atlantic Financial Group Limited) is seeking a candidate for the position of Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer in Des Moines, IA.  Responsibilities include:

  • Architect, design, develop, and implement Identity Management solutions with SailPoint IDNow.
  • Design and code rules, applications, workflows, custom tasks, custom connectors, UI pages, and custom reports in SailPoint IDNow.
  • Help program team with requirement gathering, effort estimation, application owner coordination, and project management.
  • Manage the delivery lifecycle of the core Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms with a strong emphasis on Identity Governance and Administration.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to technical teams as it relates to IAM integrations.
  • Participate in business process evaluation and improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design, software/hardware applicability studies and system implementation and execute projects based on these activities.
  • Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to support and maintain operations teams.
  • Support business and technology strategy and planning by leveraging knowledge in both technical and business areas.
  • Build connector customization Rules in Beanshell for various out-of-the-box (OOTB) connectors, create identity profiles and ability to generate JSON transforms from scratch.
  • Perform in-place upgrades of Virtual Appliances and remediate any vulnerabilities on OS level.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to technical teams as it relates to IAM integration.
  • Identify risks and issues and develop recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues.
  • Help create and develop process of audit reports, templates, and recertification reports for Internal and External auditors for in-scope applications within IAM platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Electronic and Communication Engineering, or a related technical field, such as Cybersecurity Management, plus four (4) years of experience in an information security or IAM Engineer related role.
  • Four (4) years of experience in the following:
  • IAM platform design and implementation, workflow management, single sign-on, user directories, and web access management technologies.
  • Developing and implementing of SailPoint modules (Recertification, Compliance Manager, Life Cycle Manager and Provisioning Engine).
  • Designing and deploying SailPoint IDNow (IDN) Connectors for various target systems.
  • Working with ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tool.

Two (2) years of experience in the following:

  • Managing project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  • Access provisioning, role-based access control, governance and access certification.
  • Working with various Operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Gathering IAM Certification and provisioning solution requirements and developing analysis and design documentation.
  • Translating and presenting technical information to business.
