Are you a technically skilled problem-solver with a passion for cybersecurity? Endsight is looking for a Security Analyst I to serve as a key technical support resource for our security department, supporting both internal teams and our MSP/MSSP clients.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their cybersecurity expertise while living out our core values: Respect and Connect, Servant’s Heart, Value Value, and Progress Over Comfort.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Analyst I, you’ll be the technical backbone of our security operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the Tier 2 escalation point for all Endsight security products and services
  • Responding to SOC alerts and participating in on-call pool
  • Supporting security operations across RMM, PSA, and cloud environments
  • Installing and configuring cybersecurity tools and solutions
  • Managing the security support board and problem register
  • Assisting with audits and remediation across client environments
  • Recommending improvements to Endsight’s and clients’ security posture
  • Participating in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required: 
  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience, or 4 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years working with security technologies (EDR/MDR, DNS Protection, Phishing tools)
  • 2+ years experience with ConnectWise Manage
  • 3+ years experience with Kaseya VSA
  • Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a desire to grow in the field
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Ability to simplify and visualize complex data for actionable insights
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working with diverse teams and stakeholders
