What You Will Do:

• Act as a 2nd Line security advisor for cloud and DevOps initiatives, ensuring security best practices are embedded across the lifecycle.
• Independently challenge and guide Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps, and IT teams on risk mitigation and secure architecture.
• Review and assess technical solutions, pipelines, and infrastructure from a security and compliance perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
• Monitor, assess, and report on risks related to cloud platforms and CI/CD environments.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of security standards and frameworks.

What We Expect: 

• Proven experience in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, and DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of secure development practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform).
• A solid understanding of information security standards (such as ISO 27001 and NIST) and regulatory frameworks (such as GDPR and EBA) is considered an advantage; however, we place greater emphasis on strong technical skills and software development expertise.
• Excellent risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence senior technical and business leaders.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
