The Role:

The role will sit within the Delivery and PMO team.The team provides solution and analysis to Cyber Squad  

As a Technical Business Analyst role is responsible for solution and analysis for developing, capturing and delivering requirements.

Proposed Position Responsibilities are:

• Ensure business analysis standards are maintained
• Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity. Adopts holistic view to identify and analyse problems and opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements. Engage and collaborate with operational stakeholders.
• Work with Product manager, project managers, Operations, developers and testers.
• Part of the role is to deliver BA Artefacts as per the AP+ standards where you are allocated as a BA resource in a project.
• Product Backlog Management: Identify, document, and refine user stories to increase the degree of detail relating to acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, dependencies

The capabilities we’re seeking are:

• Proven experience in a Solution Design/ Technical BA background.
• Use of Waterfall and agile methodologies
• Have experience to writing scenarios based on pre-defined acceptance criteria.
• Ability to identify risks and vulnerabilities, assesses their impact and probability, develops mitigation strategies and reports to the Squad/ team members.  
• Good to have knowledge of end-to-end Cyber security analysis. Selects and employs standard techniques to get the information required for feasibility assessment.
• Good to any payment processing experience, i.e. Card, Account-to-Account or any international payment processing
