We are looking for a seasoned developer that will be responsible for the development of CSO Tooling and Applications that align with ATS’s overall goals:

  • Modernizing legacy platform infrastructure to enable rapid solution development.
  • Providing data and platform services to solution developers across AT&T.
  • Developing enterprise-wide technology architecture standards and monitor compliance.
  • Building internal software core competencies and review outsourcer relationships.
  • Developing comprehensive IT asset management and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Delivering common baseline security standards and compliance, advanced security protections, innovative threat detection and mitigation, and a single strong identity and authentication.

A successful candidate in this position will be responsible for realizing customer requirements and delivering applications fulfilling those requirements utilizing an AGILE approach.

Required Skills:

Expert Level knowledge in writing programs in Python.

  • Data retrieval and management
  • User interface development for HTTPS
  • Leveraging REST endpoints for data retrieval
  • Leveraging REST endpoints for application automation

Expert Level knowledge in writing programs in Go(Go Lang).

  • Data retrieval and management
  • User interface development for HTTPS
  • Leveraging REST endpoints for data retrieval
  • Leveraging REST endpoints for application automation
  • Multithreaded data retrieval
  • Multithreaded program execution

Expert Level knowledge of defining and developing API interfaces providing the following methods:

  • REST
  • WebSocket
  • API Security Authentication (Token Auth, Active Directory)

Expert Level knowledge of data encryption; creation, storage, and retrieval.

Expert level knowledge of Database structures.

  • Creation of Databases
  • Datatypes
  • Data validation and normalization

Expert Level knowledge in writing SQL programs/queries.

Expert Level understanding of the JSON data structure.

  • Processing JSON data/records
  • Creating JSON data/records
  • Storing JSON data/records in files
  • Inserting JSON data/records into a database

Preferred Skills:

TCP/IP Networking

  • Programming network applications
  • Troubleshooting network commutations
  • Server load balancing methods
  • Network ACLs, Firewalls, security

Linux/Unix Systems administration

  • Deploying software packages
  • Building Software packages for automated deployment
  • BASH/SHELL Scripting
  • HTTPS Server Administration

ServiceNow Integration

  • Use of Mid server for data export and ingestion between ServiceNow and developed application
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow data model/tables

Job Contribution:

Expert level technical professional. Advisor on technical knowledge and ATT technologies.

Education:

Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Typically requires 8-10 years' experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

The Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300.00-$211,900.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
