ECS is seeking an IT Program Manager to work in our Washington, DC office.

  • Project Leadership and Delivery Oversight
    • Lead day-to-day project management activities with the executive government lead on a high-priority project. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, tracking key milestones, analyzing and managing risk and future impacts of decisions, and proactively resolving issues, especially focusing on Security Devices. 
    • Monitor project budget, if applicable, to ensure funds are appropriately allocated and spent in line with the strategic priorities for the project. Provide regular updates to OCIO executive management and flag any variances or risks.
  • Stakeholder Coordination and Engagement
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at the working and executive levels to define objectives, clarify requirements, ensure alignment, and drive towards action. Facilitate communication and problem solving across the stakeholders and executives, and drive accountability to ensure timely decision making. 
  • Governance and Compliance Support
    • Support OCIO executive lead by coordinating key governance activities, prepping stakeholders for various governance boards, developing and presenting briefing materials, and ensuring decisions are well-documented. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and other funding or project requirements. 
  • Performance Reporting and Communication
    • Develop and deliver clear, concise reporting and presentations to executive management and senior stakeholders, summarizing progress, issues, strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, and next steps. Ensure transparency and consistency in reporting to support informed executive decision making. 

Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000

Qualifications
  • Must have a current Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI CI-Poly if needed to meet contract requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree in computer science, business management, or IT related discipline
  • 10 + years of experience in IT Project management
  • 10+ years of IT related experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Experience managing large scale IT projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities
