  • Service management activities
    • Support the onboarding process of new Customers
    • Customer relationships management from service perspective (service performances, SLA, etc)
    • Supplier relationships management from service perspective (service performances, SLA, etc)
  • Quality and Compliance Activities
    • Support the governance of the Management System process (including Risk Management, Information Security Management System and ISO processes)
    • Support the renewal process of current ISO certifications (ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301)
    • Continuous review and control of policies and processes
    • Support compliance with National and International regulations (DORA and NIS2)
    • Support the Client Assessments and Audits
  • Planning and control activities
    • Support the customer billing process according to the schedule
    • Support proper traceability of all current yearly revenues and costs and monthly reporting
  • Procurement activities
    • Support the negotiation of contracts with existing and new Partners/Customers
