We are seeking a dedicated IT Security Administrator to oversee daily IT security tasks, collaborate with Crown IT Security Teams, and uphold Crown’s Asia Pacific IT security posture. This role is crucial in meeting our global security initiatives.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Defining and managing application account administration processes.
  • Maintaining Group Policy and Active Directory Security configurations.
  • Administering, implementing, improving, and monitoring security systems, standards, best practices, and architectures.
  • Adhering to global IT security standards and reporting against SLAs.
  • Managing deletion of user accounts and permissions.
  • Maintaining file and access control permissions for all business applications.
  • Maintaining IT security system policies (SecureWorks, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Cortex, Cisco Umbrella, Ivanti, SCCM, Qualys).
  • Overseeing Windows Server Operating Environment, Local and System Administrator privileges.
  • Managing patch management for server operating systems and third-party products.
  • Ensuring server and endpoint enterprise virus and malware protection.
  • Conducting regular security audits.
  • Liaising with external vendors for security vulnerability assessments.
  • Managing backup infrastructure capacity planning.
  • Developing and managing Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
  • Managing primary and DR centre infrastructure security systems.
  • Ensuring security system software and technologies are up-to-date.
  • Providing after-hours support on a rotational basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT security management.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (NIST, ISO, ASD).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work after hours as required.
