Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced CISO to take full ownership of the global company’s overall approach to cybersecurity, ensuring our data, systems, and operations are well protected from cyber threats.

This includes leading the company's cybersecurity roadmap with respect to governance, risk assessment, management, and compliance (GRC), as well as the implementation of strong security policies and controls across all technical and business units.

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of cybersecurity and compliance across the organization
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Oversee incident response planning and execution
• Work closely with R&D, DevOps, and infrastructure teams on secure product and system development
• Serve as the primary security authority across all business units and subsidiaries

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CISO
• Practical understanding of GRC, risk management, and compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage or lead security incidents or crisis scenarios
• Completion of a certified CISO studies 
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• High sense of ownership and urgency, with the confidence to challenge when needed
• Security clearance or willingness to obtain one
