The Global eDiscovery Services Department offers advanced technology and effective methodologies to support the firm’s disputes lawyers and clients. The Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services, will join a team focused on supporting the firm’s thriving cybersecurity practice. This role involves managing the eDiscovery processes for cyber incident response (CIR) matters and acting as a liaison with third-party providers to ensure the seamless delivery of these complex services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with legal team, vendor, and client to develop and execute the strategy for handling a CIR matter, from initial identification and analysis through notification and reporting
- Provide legal team and client with effective CIR solutions through complex modeling, statistical sampling protocols and strategic application of technology
- Coordinate with forensic vendor, legal team and client regarding secure assessment and transfer of exfiltrated data to eDiscovery platform
- Leverage scripting techniques to validate and compare activity logs of compromised systems
- Coordinate with legal team to analyze and document impact assessment results, classify sensitive data categories for further analysis, and consult on high impact sources containing sensitive data
- Coordinate with legal team and vendor to scope and define workstreams for review and extraction of sensitive data
- Support data normalization, entity deduping and notification and reporting workstreams.
- Perform customized reporting to create entity level and document level review metrics, including application of SQL queries to generate ad hoc reports
- Prepare address validation matching queries to support implementation of data from address lookup vendors and clients’ IT systems
- Work with data analysts to analyze entity notification lists for anomalies and near duplication by applying scripts to entity reports
- Leverage SQL and Excel techniques to support and respond to inquiries from legal team, client, and regulators

This position is full-time remote and can therefore be located in any city where we have a US office. Flexibility to visit the office for training or meetings is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of litigation support and eDiscovery experience
- Minimum of one year experience in managing cyber incident response matters required
- Proficient in VBA and advanced Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas)
- Experience with applying technology and data mining techniques to identify and classify sensitive data preferred but not required
- Relativity certification preferred but not required
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau preferred but not required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Ability to closely adhere to procedures and exercise good judgment in sensitive and stressful situations
- Ability to train, manage and delegate while maintaining an active role in driving and completing tasks
- Willingness to provide after hours and weekend support as necessary
