Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

 

Part of a Team which Supports Spending at the Region level. Indirect expenses and Capital spending are both increasing due to growth in the GTM business and new channel introductions.

 

Your Impact:

 

As Global Proc Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of

 

• This position deals with technical complexity involved with our purchasing systems (Ariba & Oracle) and the difficulties that come with their interfacing.• This position will assist with the training of all new Managers in how the Invoice processing process is done.• There are constantly changing systems and regulations that this position must continually adapt to.

Who Are We Looking For? 

 

Education

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred

 

Experience

 

• Fluent in English• Procurement or A/P process knowledge required• Capital project experience preferred• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management• Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP)• Strong organizational skills• Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
