Security Specialist.MGN Pak - Security Operations (NVS).MIT - PAKCOE

Security Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing DLP, EDR and Security AI technologies and policies to prevent unauthorized access, sharing, or leakage of sensitive information across our enterprise environment.

Collaborate closely with Information Security, Compliance and IT teams to ensure the protection of data in accordance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Design, deploy, and maintain DLP solutions (Forcepoint is must. Microsoft Purview DLP, Symantec DLP, , Digital Guardian are added advantage).
• Develop and tune DLP policies to detect and prevent the unauthorized movement or sharing of sensitive data.
• Monitor DLP alerts and conduct incident triage, investigation, and response.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess business processes and identify data protection needs.
• Create and maintain documentation related to DLP policy logic, workflows, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Assist with data classification initiatives and integration of DLP with CASB, endpoint, and email security platforms.
• Provide regular reports and metrics on DLP activity, policy effectiveness, and risk areas to management.
• Ensure DLP controls align with compliance and privacy regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA, etc).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure
• Design, implementation, and oversight of security controls and best practices for AI/ML systems, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of AI data, models
• Conduct regular audits and testing of DLP systems to validate effectiveness and coverage.
• Strong knowledge of Endpoint protection
• Train staff and end users on best practices for data protection and acceptable use of information

• Strong understanding of DLP solutions, Network Security, Endpoint Protection, and database security principles.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
