Role:  Microsoft 365 Engineer

Main Tasks:

• Service to maintain the global platform, such as but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance, updates, and upgrades; patching; migrations; consolidations; deployments; project support.
• Service to maintain the global provisioning portal developed in Azure DevOps.
• Service to proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability.
• Service to maintain operational, configuration, or Standard Operation Procedures and documentation.
• Service to manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teams to shift left activities.
• Service to provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365.
• Service to provide 3rd/4th level support.
• Service to interface with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Service to assess security threats and service to implement countermeasures to comply with the group recommendations and legal obligations.
• Service to operate in conjunction with relevant infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to asset security threats, service to implement countermeasures, configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment and of the on-premise platform. Service to ensure compliance with Group Security policies.
• Service to provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform.
• Service to collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, Group Security teams.
• Service to collaborate with all entities.
• Service to drive the change on the different virtual teams within the Application Integration team.

Technical Skills:

• Service with minimum of 3-5 or more years of senior expertise with Microsoft 365 in a Hybrid provisioning and authentication environment.
• Service with minimum of 3-5 or more years expertise in PowerShell Scripting.
• Service with minimum of 3-5 or more years expertise in Azure DevOps and C# development and TerraForm.
• Service with minimum of 2 years of hand-on expertise in analysing, documenting, and maintaining a large-scale messaging infrastructure.
• Service with minimum of 2 years of expertise with Microsoft Azure and Federated authentication.
• Service with expertise of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender.
• Service provider’s personnel with excellent oral and written communication expertise.
• Service provider’s personnel with excellent technical teamwork, and interpersonal expertise.
• Service provider’s personnel capable of providing service within strong team environment, constantly teaching and learning from other teams members.
• Service provider’s personnel with expertise to foster operational relationships with the team, IT Management and Client departments.
• Service with capability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements.
• Service to maintain a solid working knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Service with capability to communicate vision on a technical scope and drive small team.
• English working environment and English context – Mandatory.

Nice to have expertise:

• Service provider’s personnel with ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent expertise.
• Service with broad expertise of information systems including Windows security, network security, security software/hardware and operating systems other than Windows.

Language Skills:
