Web Analytics SpecialistLocation: 100% onsite in Bethesda, MDClearance: US Citizenship eligible for a Public Trust

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Web Analytics Specialist to support a Federal Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web and customer analytics, KPI development, data visualization, and API integration. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and statistical validation methods is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage KPIs and analytics methodologies aligned with strategic goals
• Design and evaluate test-and-learn experiments to drive insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools
• Build and manage data pipelines and API integrations to support reporting infrastructure
• Deliver ad hoc and strategic analysis to senior leadership on digital performance
• Oversee analytics systems, ensuring integrity, scalability, and usability
• Use tools like Crazy Egg to assess user behavior and optimize digital experiences

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years in digital/web analytics, customer insights, or related roles

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics (including Tag Manager)

• 1+ years creating data visualizations in Tableau and preparing/cleaning datasets

• 2+ years of experience using Python or similar scripting language

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• Familiarity with SQL, Google BigQuery, and ETL processes

• Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders

• Previous federal IT consulting experience (preferred)
