About your job
In this position, you ensure our IT infrastructure architecture is fit-for-purpose and aligned with our enterprise goals. You translate business needs into secure, scalable IT solutions, with a focus on cloud and cyber security. By working closely with stakeholders across business units, IT delivery team and external partners, you lead the design and evolution of infrastructure services.
Your job also includes:
- Provide technical leadership in key infrastructure initiatives.
- Initiate and manage infrastructure improvement projects.
- Oversee the day-to-day performance and manage infrastructure escalations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation in cloud and security domains.
The location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT infrastructure and architecture, along with extensive experience in senior solution architect roles. You have expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms, server and storage systems, virtualization, and cybersecurity. Experience in project management, IT risk and security management is needed, as is a degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and enjoy solving problems collaboratively. By communicating clearly, you build trust easily and stay focused on delivering value. You’re self-motivated, curious, and always looking for ways to improve.
