CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Senior Cybersecurity Analyst. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AREUR-AF located OCONUS in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is required to travel OCONUS.  Positions are available in Germany (Hohenfels, Wiesbaden), Latvia, Italy, and Poland.   The position is located OCONUS.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages exceptions to policies workflows for portable electronic devices and coordinates with the Government for approval

  • Leads cybersecurity analysts and engineers in preparing and maintaining artifacts to support RMF packages and achieve ATO, including documentation, implementing and monitoring security controls, and reporting status

  • Reports information about the organization's cyber posture in authoritative systems of record including tracking and reporting status on applicable orders, directives, and POA&M

  • Performs periodic and on-demand vulnerability scans using approved tools (e.g., DISA STIG, ACAS)

  • Develops vulnerability trend reports on assets and program of record systems, and provides scan results to service providers

  • Compiles information and supports cyber evaluations, inspections, assessments, and exercises and implements recommendations and required actions that result from these activities

  • Performs logging activities including configuration and operation of the centralized logging system, forwarding logs to CSSP, auditing logs, validating logs, and providing reports to the Government

  • Develops and cultivates a culture in which cybersecurity analysts and engineers deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant services and supported systems and networks

  • Serves as a mentor for other cybersecurity personnel assigned to the program

  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments

  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

  • May supervise others

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of recent specialized experience, or Associate’s degree + 7 years, or equivalent certifications + 7 years, or 11 years of relevant experience.

  • DoD 8140.03 IAT II Baseline Certification and a relevant Computing Environment Certification.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on continuous learning and process improvement.

  • Strong understanding of DoD IT Risk Management Framework (RMF), USCYBERCOM, and JFHQ-DoDIN.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Hands-on experience with ESS/HBSS, ACAS, and other cybersecurity tools for system monitoring and vulnerability management.

  • TESA eligibility

Desired:

  • ITIL v4 – Foundation

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Azure (Server Administration), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE).

  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM, ElasticSearch, PowerBI, and/or other reporting and analysis tools.

  • Familiarity with DoD IT security standards and best practices.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,300-$189,600
