We are on the lookout for Corporate IT Security Engineer (365) to become an integral part of our team. Are you the exceptional professional we've been searching for?

Experience and Knowledge:

Implementation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting:

• Set up, manage, and resolve issues in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and Google Workspace
• Ensure systems operate smoothly, securely, and reliably
• Enforce corporate security policies by implementing them within Microsoft 365
• Design new security rules based on evolving corporate policies
• Manage users and devices across platforms

Solution Integration:

• Integrate cloud systems with commercial tools (e.g., HRMS) and open-source software
• Design and maintain solutions to sync data and processes across platforms

Scripting and Automation:

• Automate tasks and workflows using Python or PowerShell

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with local IT teams to implement and adapt cloud solutions
• Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Document systems, processes, and scripts clearly
• Share best practices and maintain a team knowledge base

Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance:

• Monitor system performance to identify and resolve potential issues early
• Improve system reliability and user experience through preventive strategies
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Defender, and M365 Apps
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 security and endpoint management solutions
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM), including policy creation and enforcement
• Strong background in integrating cloud services with corporate platforms such as HRMS, ERP, CRM, and open-source tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation and system integration
• In-depth knowledge of access management principles, including role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
• Strong grasp of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP, particularly in cloud-based environments
• Familiarity with open-source LDAP systems, such as FreeIPA
• Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting both Windows and macOS environments
• Understanding of security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Microsoft 365 certification is considered a plus
• Experience with Jamf for Mac management is an advantage
• Languages: English (mandatory)
