The Role:
Are you ready to lead a transformation that will shape the future of how Nestlé delivers technology at scale? We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Tech Lead – DevOps to join our global IT Change Enablement team. 

This is not just a technical role, it’s a leadership opportunity to drive innovation, elevate security, and embed agility into the heart of our IT ecosystem. 

What You’ll Do:
As Tech Lead – DevOps, you will be the catalyst for integrating DevOps principles across our IT ecosystem, leveraging GitHub, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SonarQube, etc. to deliver secure, scalable, and automated solutions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to: 

• Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices across complex enterprise environments. 
• Define DevOps and Development standards solution teams across the world will align with
• Implement governance practices for development and DevOps tools like GitHub, Azure DevOps with thousands of users spread around the world
• Partner with global stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of change management tools and processes into our ServiceNow platform.
• Champion knowledge sharing and organizational DevOps practices to support adoption and capability building.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

What Will Make You a Great Fit:

• 5+ years of proven experience in leading DevOps projects, ideally within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in GitHub, Microsoft Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
• Deep knowledge of SW development best practices and programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and release and change management processes.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture and cloud computing in public clouds like GCP, AWS and, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A passion for transformation, innovation, and enabling teams to deliver secure, high-quality software at speed.
