As we expand our digital journey, we’re seeking a dynamic professional to support critical digitalization initiatives and ensure governance, cybersecurity, and compliance excellence.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Transformation & Governance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digitalization and transformation projects. You will be responsible for handling governance and compliance-related topics—including cybersecurity and product security—and act as a key coordinator between the Digital Lead and various internal and external stakeholders. This position requires a proactive, organized, and technically sound individual who can bridge strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitalization Project Support:
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Has to hands on with solution design & business processes. - Governance & Compliance:
Oversee adherence to digital governance frameworks, policies, and standards, including data privacy, risk assessments, and internal audits. - Cybersecurity & Product Security:
Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies and secure development practices; work with IT and product teams to ensure secure-by-design principles are followed. - Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as the liaison between the Digital Lead, operations team, IT, and other business units to facilitate smooth rollout and adoption of digital tools and processes. - Operational Rollouts:
Support and coordinate deployment of digital solutions to operational teams, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting during rollout. - Transformation Support:
Provide ongoing assistance to the Digital Lead in driving the strategic transformation roadmap, including status tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in digital transformation, IT governance, cybersecurity, or related domains
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and product development security
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working in Agile or hybrid environments
- Analytical mindset with strong documentation and reporting skills
Additional Information
Must have skills:
Experience in Business partnering in retail distribution business
Nice to have skills:
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
- Familiarity with ERP, PLM, or MES systems
- Experience in a product-based or manufacturing environment
