807Job Description

The Senior Security System Analyst is responsible for the overall coordination of user provisioning and identity management. The Senior Security System Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for developing system controls and levels of access across the VHS Network. This position will ensure authorized access by investigating improper access, revoking access, reporting violations, granting access and modifiying access from Request for Access forms. The Senior Security Analyst will ensure all necessary documentation and authorization is in place prior to the granting of access.
The Senior Security System Analyst will interface with end-users to address intermediate to complex questions and problems related to user access management across business and clinical applications, active directory, and email. This position will communicate with project teams during the consideration of onboarding new applications with how they will interface into the provisioning model.

Education
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Information Systems Technology required.

Experience
Must have experience with counseling and or experience with working with diverse populations.

Certification & Licensures
HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security & Privacy practitioner) preferred
CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) preferred

Qualifications
Experience with Active Directory preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical, analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to interact with IT personnel on all levels to resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Understands the need for, and consistently practices, effective teamwork with others
Capable of prioritizing and managing assignments, tasks, and projects with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain a detail oriented approach while multitasking in a fast paced environment
Experience with AD Manager preferred
Excellent Customer Service Skills and experience with ServiceNow required
