UX Designer & Researcher (B2B Cybersecurity SaaS)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer & Researcher to join our growing product team at Secomea. You’ll be a key contributor in shaping our B2B SaaS platform, Secomea Prime, as we rebuild our UI on a new technical foundation.

Reporting directly to the CPO, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, data-driven, and delightful user experiences. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality design work, running user research activities, and contributing to a scalable design system that ensures consistency and usability across our product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive user experiences – Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback together with our frontend developers.
• Conduct user research – Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations and design in close collaboration with the product management and engineering teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering – Work with frontend and backend developers to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.
• Contribute to our design system – Help evolve and maintain our design system for consistent, scalable, and efficient product development.
• Advocate for the user – Bring a user-centered mindset into product discussions and help teams make informed, evidence-based decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in product design and research within complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience conducting usability tests, interviews, and other user research.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams, advocating for user needs and establish a culture of design thinking.

• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries in Figma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Skilled with tools like Figma, Amplitude, Confluence, Dovetail etc.
