Customer Advocacy:

  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and cloud providers to validate product concepts, collect feedback, and deliver compelling value propositions that resonate with cloud security architects and AI developers.

Go-to-Market Enablement:

  • Work with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to ensure product readiness and successful launch of features focused on cloud posture management, identity security, and AI governance.

  • Support technical sales efforts with strong positioning and product knowledge.

  • Leverage telemetry, customer usage data, and field intelligence to drive continuous improvements in product adoption, performance, and value delivery.

Analyst & Ecosystem Engagement:

  • Represent Trend Micro in conversations with industry analysts and strategic partners like AWS, Microsoft, Google, and NVIDIA, driving thought leadership in cloud and AI security.

Experience:

Technical Acumen:

  • Solid understanding of CIEM, CWPP, Container Security, CSPM, and XDR technologies.

  • Exposure to AI/ML development workflows, data pipelines, and associated risks (e.g., prompt injection, model theft, data exfiltration).

Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with experience using data to define KPIs and measure success in a fast-moving environment.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Ability to distill technical concepts into business value for executives and customers.

  • Proven success working across distributed teams and influencing without authority.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, AI/ML, or related field. Advanced degrees or cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus.

Preferred Skills
