The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Security Systems Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Security stack, particularly Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS), Windows Defender, and CoPilot Security.

You’ll play a critical role in implementing and managing security measures that protect our digital assets and enhance our security posture and can expect to:

  • Lead implementation and management of Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection, investigation, and response.
  • Configure and integrate CoPilot Security, aligning setup with defined use cases.
  • Deploy and manage Windows Defender across endpoints.
  • Monitor and control cloud applications using MCAS.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Cyber standards such as CIS.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across IT and business units to embed security into operations.
  • Respond to security incidents and produce detailed remediation reports.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Sentinel, MCAS, and Windows Defender.
  • Strong understanding of CIS standards, network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation for security tasks.
  • Experience in incident response and forensic analysis.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are highly regarded.
