In this role, you’ll play a key part in maturing our PAM capabilities, implementing and optimizing controls, and reducing risk across critical environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior analysts, and drive adoption of privileged access management best practices across the organization. • Monitor and analyze privileged access activities to detect and respond to potential misuse or anomalies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM controls across systems and platforms
  • Develop and maintain PAM policies, procedures, and technical standards aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements
  • Conduct access reviews and support audits by providing evidence and insights into privileged account usage
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing and capability development
  • Communicate PAM concepts and best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to analyze complex access scenarios and develop effective controls and workflows
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Team player passionate about helping others succeed
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk reduction

What you’ll need:
